LeaderImpact offers collective learning and mentorship for marketplace leaders through weekly peer groups, regular leadership forums and global exchanges. We are entrepreneurs, executives and professionals from every industry and walk of life, united by a common desire to pursue greater significance in life by integrating our spiritual and professional lives.
Our goals include:
- Growing as individuals and professionals to maximize our personal impact
- Building meaningful personal and professional relationships
- Positively influencing our communities and the world
- Local leadership forums
- Weekly leadership peer groups
- Global exchange opportunities
LeaderImpact Forums are held in various cities, lasting 90 minutes.
At each Forum, a LeaderImpact-certified speaker and proven marketplace leader shares lessons learned from a lifetime of rich experiences. These influencers speak candidly about how they’ve navigated struggles and triumphs in finding success and balance, and how faith has made a difference.
Each Forum includes the opportunity to explore important life questions about leadership principles, significance and legacy, the roles of faith and values, family leadership, and more.
LeaderImpact Groups meet weekly for 60-90 minutes in boardrooms, offices, or restaurants. Groups usually have 6 – 12 members from diverse backgrounds, with one Group Leader to help facilitate discussions and exercises.
The goal of these Groups is to provide a confidential, respectful, non-judgmental environment for business leaders to work through questions of business and life; learn from, challenge, and encourage each other; apply practical leadership principles to everyday reality; and move beyond success to significance.
LeaderImpact’s extensive library of engaging curriculum features authors like Jim Collins, John C. Maxwell, Patrick Lencioni, and Dr. Henry Cloud. The books we draw from explore matters of business, faith, and how they relate.
Every 8-12 weeks, LeaderImpact Group Leaders choose a new book from our pre-approved curriculum to study based on the interests and needs of their groups.

One of the uncommon opportunities LeaderImpact provides is the chance to participate in a Global Exchange. LeaderImpact has chapters in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, and Thailand. Local hosts roll out the red carpet for a truly memorable experience that includes intensive speaker training, presentations to business leaders, company tours, and time to experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of another culture.
