Chief Customer Officer; Resource Manager
Dorothy owned a business – Christian Bookstore & Hallmark Card – in rural Manitoba for 14 years, where she discovered that business success was found in developing relationships that matter with good customer service. Her goal was and still is to contribute to a bigger picture with lasting results.
Her first job was working in a dental office as a Dental Assistant with the pursuit of becoming a Dental Hygienist/Nurse. When she didn’t get accepted into the program she took one year of Bible College near Winnipeg MB where she met her husband Wes. Together they raised 3 children who were all actively involved in sports and are now all married.
As Chief Customer Officer Dorothy works with all staff across Canada answering questions, helping plan their events, oversees the LeaderImpact data base & works closely with the Resource Team.
Dorothy and her husband, Wes, live in Surrey, BC.
