- The LeaderImpact strategy is based on the classic win/build/send process used by Campus Crusade for Christ all over the world. The Impact cycle shows how we begin with gathering leaders who are currently followers of Christ and through vision events, sharing the concept of a local movement among leaders. We then equip these leaders to share their faith, either one on one or at an outreach event, and help them prepare to start small groups. The LeaderImpact cycle repeats as each group sees their members grow professionally, personally and spiritually and become missional, helping others do the same.

Vision events are essential to keep the movement growing and should happen regularly in the annual calendar. It is imperative that new leaders are being invited to join. A vision event where unengaged Christian leaders are invited to hear from other marketplace leaders about how God is at work among influentials in their city and closes with a challenge to join.
This can happen at an event or 1-1. To keep the movement fresh, keep vision events a priority.
Many leaders have never heard a relevant presentation of the gospel from a person they consider to be credible. Likewise, many Christian leaders have never shared their life story or the gospel with their peers because they lack the confidence to talk about their faith.
LeaderImpact's Venture training helps leaders gain skills in sharing their story and the gospel.
Additionally, those who aspire to be Event speakers are invited to attend a special Speaker Training to help them prepare a presentation for a larger audience.
At LeaderImpact Forums, proven leaders and respected speakers share candidly about how their faith has helped them navigate struggles and triumphs within a lifetime of rich experiences. These presenters explore important life questions about leadership principles, significance and legacy, the roles of faith and values, family leadership and more. Forums are ideal for introducing spiritually unaware or curious leaders to the relevance of faith.
Life change happens in the context of relationships and LeaderImpact Groups are where real relationships can develop. Discussing life, leadership and faith, leaders challenge each other to grow in all aspects of life.
